Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2-year full replacement warranty.We offer an extra year if professionally fitted. 

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Malfunctions due to manufacturing issues.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper installation.
  • (We suggest you register your Dash Cam with your insurer in case your vehicle is unlucky to be written off in an accident)
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear, including the need to replace the SD card every 12 months.

Please note that 99% of dash cam problems are due to faulty SD cards. SD cards work HARD and are considered a consumable item. Customers are responsible for replacing them at their own cost. We suggest purchasing a reputable brand like Samsung Evo, but any good-quality SD card will suffice.

Please provide proof of purchase along with the warranty certificate received upon registration.
